do you book flights?
Yes. We take care of all your flight arrangements. Through TTI Travel, we have enhanced our Duty of Care program and now using FlightStats to provide you with real-time flight Trip Alert Notifications. Please ensure you opt in to FlightStats to ensure we can monitor and report on any flight disruption that may affect you.
What does 'bespoke' actually mean?
The term ‘bespoke’ means: made-to-order, customized, personalized, tailor-made, custom-made. A ‘bespoke’ travel itinerary is like a personal planning service. You tell us what you want (either in detail, or give us some parameters to work within), and then we arrange services to fit your wishes for your holiday.

is my holiday financially protected?
We are fully TICO-certified, What this means for you is: just in case a supplier fails, we’re covered and so are you. TICO Registration Number: 4411872.

can i buy travel insurance through you?
We offer comprehensive travel insurance to Canadian residents through Manulife insurance. Please contact us for a quote. Regardless of where you obtain the insurance, the most important thing is that you’re covered.
do you charge a trip planning fee?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It really depends on the type of trip, the destination, and how much work and time are required. If the trip is a cruise, a group tour, or a five-star resort stay with no customized components, usually there is a small nominal booking fee. If the trip is a custom-tailored itinerary, then, yes, there is usually a fee. There are no hidden costs however, and we will always be transparent and up front of our fees before we start planning your trip.
are you fully licenced?
Yes. We are licensed members of TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) and a registered supplier with IATA.
